Safaris Across Southern & East Africa


Effective Date: July 13, 2025

Welcome to Wildly Yours Africa! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how we operate and what you agree to when booking a safari with us. By using our website or confirming a reservation, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.

Booking and Payment

​

Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your booking. The standard deposit is 20%, but the amount may vary depending on your selected package.


Final Payment: Full payment is due 60 days prior to your safari departure date.


Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments and bank transfers. Full instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your itinerary.

Pricing and Inclusions

​

Currency: All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change based on supplier updates or currency fluctuations. You’ll be notified of any adjustments before your booking is confirmed.


What’s Included: Your safari package will clearly detail what is included—such as accommodation, meals, park/conservation fees, activities, internal transfers, and professional guide services (depending on your itinerary).

Cancellations and Booking Changes

​

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is based on how close your cancellation is to your departure date:

  • More than 60 days before travel: Deposit is non-refundable

  • 30–59 days before travel: 50% of total booking cost forfeited

  • Less than 30 days before travel: 100% of total cost forfeited

Note: Some properties or third-party providers may have stricter cancellation policies. These will be outlined in your personalized itinerary.

Changes to Your Booking:
We will do our best to accommodate changes after confirmation, such as travel dates or itinerary adjustments. However, modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Travel Insurance

​

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We advise you to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption

  • Emergency medical coverage and evacuation

  • Loss, theft, or damage to baggage and personal belongings

​

You are responsible for verifying your coverage and submitting any insurance claims directly to your provider.

Liability

​

Wildly Yours Africa operates as a travel consultant and safari planning service. While we work with trusted guides, lodges, and transport partners across Southern and East Africa, we cannot be held liable for:

​

  • Delays or cancellations caused by third parties

  • Natural disasters, adverse weather, pandemics, or political events

  • Injuries, loss of belongings, or accidents during your travels

​

By booking, you acknowledge that travel in remote areas involves some inherent risk.
